The EVO Media team needed help activating their presence at a series of beauty and hair shows in Chicago, Connecticut and Orlando.

With only 3 weeks until the first show, they needed help fast. Cue Bright Green Events dream team...
Each show had a different size of floor space, different setup requirements and different brand partners to showcase. Working directly with the show organisers and brands, we coordinated the creation of the stand structure and layout, print production, AV equipment, and brought to life interactive ways to engage attendees including a magazine cover shoot, foiling competition and a giant Jenga game.
The magazine has a large online presence, so capturing content was key. We managed the video production team and created a jam-packed schedule of interviews.
