Inch Cape Offshore Meet the Buyer Event
Inch Cape had announced the award of the project’s substation package and wanted to hold a Meet the Buyer event to highlight the range of opportunities for local businesses.
Bright Green Events managed the whole event from attendee registration using Eventbrite, and vendor management including sourcing a suitable venue, AV production, catering, design and print. We were also responsible for the promotion of the event through key industry channels including NOF, Xodus, East Lothian Council, Business Gateway and Scottish Enterprise. We carried out all speaker briefings, built slide presentations and managed everything on the day so the client could focus on stakeholders.
