Scottish SPCA Gala Ball

In November 2024, the Scottish SPCA marked 185 years of transformative work in animal rescue with a spectacular Gala Ball held at Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh. Hosted by Des Clarke, the event featured powerful storytelling moments that united guests in support of a shared vision for a brighter future for animals across Scotland.

From the outset, we worked closely with the Scottish SPCA to ensure the event was an engaging experience that not only highlighted the charity's life-saving work but also inspired the guests to support the cause.

What We Delivered:

Full Project Management & Logistics:

We provided end-to-end management, from logistics and supplier sourcing to overseeing the smooth execution of every detail. Our team ensured that every aspect of the evening was perfectly coordinated, allowing attendees to focus on what mattered most — supporting the Scottish SPCA.

Event Production & Content Creation:

We oversaw all aspects of event production, including AV management, scripting, show flow, and the creation of engaging screen content. This ensured that every moment was impactful and aligned with the charity’s mission. We also managed entertainment, host and speaker briefings, and rehearsals to guarantee the event was flawless.

Engaging Experiences & Storytelling:

From moving stories to inspiring talks, we curated a programme designed to inform, inspire, and connect the audience with the Scottish SPCA’s life-changing work. Each segment of the event was tailored to deepen guests' connection to the cause and motivate them to give generously.

Fundraising Strategy & Initiatives:

We designed interactive fundraising activities, including live and silent auctions. By sourcing high-value prizes and partnering with a bidding technology provider, we ensured that guests could easily participate. These initiatives played a crucial role in the event’s success, raising £52,000.

Guest Communications & Experience:

Our team managed all aspects of guest communications, ensuring they received relevant information before and during the event.
